How it works :

Hair bearing areas are exposed to the concentrated laser light, which is absorbed by the melanin in the hair. The absorption of the laser into the hair vaporized the pigment in the hair, and stops the hair follicle's ability to regenerate causing permanent hair reduction. Unlike electrolysis, laser hair removal is able to treat hundreds of hair follicles at a time, decreasing the amount of time it takes to treat an area.

Results :

A clinical study evaluated the use of the LightSheer Diode Laser, and of 92 patients, all had temporary hair loss, while 89% enjoyed permanent hair loss. Of the few that experienced re-growth of hair, these patients reported the hair being lighter and thinner than the hair prior to treatment.
